Had to bring out this old chestnut from last year…Thank Yuh Very Much!
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
Madison Square Garden can seat 20,000 people for a concert. This blog was viewed about 65,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Madison Square Garden, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Today, December 28th, is the 81st Birthday of our Beloved Lt. Uhura – Nichelle Nichols! Happy Birthday Ms. Nichols!!! Thank you for all the joy and Music you have brought into our lives! (Not to mention the mad crush my late Dad had on you all those years ago!) With love and Blessings, Therese
Hey Kids,
Just taking a minute to wish you all a beautiful Christmas and wonderful Holiday season! As Dr. Seuss said “Christmas Day is in our grasp, so long as we have hands to clasp!” No matter which holiday you celebrate this season, I wish you all the joys of life and a blessed and happy new year to come. I am also very thankful for all of you who visit my silly little blog from time to time, and delighted to see that subscribers here have increased at least a third since last year! I hope I bring you a little joy every time, and you have all been wonderful. Thank you for your patronage, and have a very Happy Holiday Season! love, Therese
(btw, I am working on a Christmas- Themed Trek-Komic, but have been so busy with family and work that I haven’t had a chance to finish it yet! You should have it by January 1st, so stay tuned!)

For this week’s Fan Art, a new StarTreKomic! I haven’t made one of these in a while… you might call it the sequel to this one.
(be sure to read Spock’s word bubble first) Silly me!
btw, Sorry I haven’t posted much lately, very busy with work and family, but I’ll have some more stuff next week! Thanks for your patience, Therese 🙂

Here’s today’s flashback:
From the EW magazine I’ve been posting, William Shatner (age 63 in 1994) gives a great interview (and even greater presence in that dashing photo!) He discusses Kirk vs. Picard, and Kirk’s uncanny success with the ladies.

Hey Kids,
Here’s the rest of Entertainment Weekly’s countdown of original Trek episodes from the special 1994 edition of EW. (Pardon the mix up last week, I accidentally forgot to include the second page of that article here, but it’s been fixed, you can see 29-51 there) Of course you know which one came in last…(maybe it looked better on paper?) Gotta love the sidebar about sweet Bruce Hyde (Lt. Riley), he can teach me speech communication anytime. 🙂 Happy Belated Birthday, Bruce! (September 14)
