Hey kids, sorry I haven’t posted much lately, but I am working new scrapbook posts, including the one where  I met Leonard Nimoy in 1978, and ‘toon design posts.   Currently I’m working on a key to the poster I presented last week “Lets Hear It for the 430!” and that’s taking a bit longer than I thought! Hope to have it up before the week is through. Busy in my real life too, with family and  my home business.    Thanks for your patience.  In the meantime, here’s this week’s Toon! Since today would have been Elvis’ 78th Birthday, and since he made many of his movies at Paramount, and since his natural swagger would have made him a perfect Starfleet swinger, this seemed appropriate!   If Elvis was The Enterprise’s Cheif Medical Officer, he would have given Kirk a run for his money!   These girls belong in Viva Las Vegas! anyway!

Toon Tuesday 12/4/12 ‘She Knew It”

She Knew ItHere’s a new StarTreKomic — Now I admit, I’ve never been too thrilled with the Kirk-Spock ‘Slash’ fictions and art that feature Kirk and Spock as passionate lovers, but I have to admit, you look at many scenes in TOS, and there’s a LOT of love there.  It was fun to create this subtle version of Nurse Chapel’s worst nightmare!  Let’s make it viral!  You can probably tell that Spock and Chapel here are from Amok Time, Kirk is from Obsession.
