My Daily Spock 4/20/12

Here’a a beautiful cariacture of Spock from the Original Star Trek Satire from MAD Magazine.  The artist was the legendary Mort Drucker and written by Dick Bartolo (First published in MAD – Issue #115 Dec. 1967 – by E.C. Publications).  However, this version was colorized in by  artist Kail Tescar (in 2007). Great Job, Kail!

Side Swept Spock! So Young and Innocent!  How could he have ever known in 1964 (when this was filmed) that it would affect the rest of his life? I wonder if he’s ever gone a whole day since 1969 without hearing the words “STAR TREK”  ( I really hope so!) Bless him.
