   Several years ago, it occurred to me that the Klingon Mind-Sifter–which we never saw–sounded like a similar device to the Neural Neutralizer, to the point that maybe it was the NN, or at least derived from it.

   Did Tantalus 5 contain a Klingon spy who copied the plans for the NN without Dr. Adams’s knowledge, or can we add “treason” to the list of Dr. Adams’s crimes?
