Wideo Wednesday 4/10/13 Remembering Annette Funicello

Sad to see that Annette Funicello passed away Monday from complications from MS.  Now I admit, her highly nasal voice was sometimes annoying, but you couldn’t help but love her!  She and Hayley Mills are my two favorite Disney stars.  Rest in peace Annette, and I hope you’re surfing free in heaven!

My Weekly Spock 1/28/13 Vogue Spock!

I came across these fun pictures of Nimoy as Spock during the filming of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.   All I can think of is, Spock got a modeling job for Vogue Magazine!  Looks like he’s about to do a rap in the second one.  LUV him! Love these!

UPDATE — The Completed Version of “Let’s Hear It For the 430!”

Hey kids, here’s the final and complete version of the poster I put up here last week – now with even MORE crewmen! It seems that every time I thought it was safe to finish this, I found another crew member (some notable, like Mr. D’Amato from ‘That Which Survives”) that I couldn’t leave out! This is actually the third reboot of this poster, but I’m done now, really!   Be sure to click on the image to see the full size version, I don’t want you to miss a thing!

I’m working on a Key to identify all these people too, so stay tuned!
